Agnes Marshall Walker Foundation Grants
AMWF logoThe Agnes Marshall Walker Foundation (AMWF), an allied organization of AANN, supports its namesake's belief that all nurses should have access to education and the opportunity for professional development. Donations raised will exclusively fund the AMWF grant program and the total number of grant recipients will be determined by the AMWF Board of Directors.

Applications are available for download below and on the AMWF website. For questions about the applications or any of the awards below, e-mail grants@amwf.org.

AANN Annual Meeting Travel Grant
The AMWF Travel Grant is awarded to AANN members to provide financial assistance to attend the 2017 AANN Annual Meeting. The grant is valued at $750, which can be used for registration, special sessions, and travel and hotel expenses.

The 2017 AANN Annual Meeting Travel Grant application will be available in spring 2016.

American Board of Neuroscience Nursing Certification Grant
The American Board of Neuroscience Nursing (ABNN) Certification Grant is awarded to as financial assistance to AANN members who have not yet obtained the Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) or Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) credential.

The deadline to submit for the 2015 certification exams has passed. New applications will be available June 2016.

CNRN Recertification Grant
The CNRN Recertification Grant is awarded to AANN members to provide financial assistance to those who are due to recertify their CNRN credential by December 31, 2016.

New applications will be available spring 2016.

Research Grant
The AMWF Research Grant is awarded to AANN members to provide financial assistance to neuroscience nursing research projects that address the clinical practice, educational, certification, or administrative dimensions of neuroscience nursing.
